We are currently collaborating with a fantastic business who are looking for an Accounts Assistant with a bias towards sales ledger to join their close-knit, friendly team on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent in the long-run. If you are an immediately available finance professional with a good range of experience within finance, we are keen to hear from you.

As an Accounts Assistant, your role will primarily focus on the businesses’ sales ledger, you will also cover credit control duties. This role would be best suited to an individual who has a wide range of skills and is comfortable dealing with high volume sales invoices. The business has recently implemented a new bespoke system and therefore, you should be comfortable in learning new financial systems.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining the businesses’ sales ledger

Maintaining positive relationships with key business contacts

Chasing payments via email and telephone

Dealing with queries
