Authentic Self Retreat in a little more detail:
On an Authentic Self Wellbeing Retreat at Foxes’ Retreat, you will be engaged in a range of relaxing activities, to detox your minds and bodies, and energise you ready for your return to your busy lives.

You will arrive in time for your evening meal and to settle in, then will have three nights and three full days of Retreat before you depart late afternoon on Day 4.

You will be offered:

A three night Retreat away from your particular normality; arriving Wednesday late afternoon and departing late afternoon on Saturday

Fully catered with home-cooked meals, as well as access to fresh fruit, Myszka’s home-baked cakes and hot and cold drinks during the day

Arbor Low trip (20 mins drive from Foxes’ Retreat) as a group to drum up the sunrise on Summer Solstice

Opening and closing circles

Creative Writing for Ourselves (Wellbeing) Workshop, 1:1 Coaching with Myszka, Guided walk through the Silent Valley from the farmyard gate at Foxes’ Retreat

Yoga session with a qualified yoga teacher

Storytelling or belly dancing workshop with Maria Credali

Ceremonial Cacao around the fire globe

A Foxes’ Retreat notebook and pen for noting down thoughts or ideas to take away with you

Option One - £395
A double room to yourself in Foxes’ Retreat farmhouse. Fully catered and including all workshops and activities. Four available.

Option Two - £375
A single room at Foxes’ Retreat farmhouse. Fully catered and including all workshops and activities. One available.

Option Three - £325
Glamping Spot in one of our two camping bell-tents, or in the beautiful airy Octagon tent (with proper bed, carpets/rugs, electricity for lighting and access to toilet, electric shower and kitchen for drinks in The Courtyard). These are sited on the top paddock at Foxes’ Retreat. Fully catered and including all workshops and activities

Option Three - £275
A camping spot for your tent or camper (with access to toilet, electric shower and kitchen in The Courtyard) on the top paddock at Foxes’ Retreat. Fully catered and including all workshops and activities. Maximum of two available.
