We had Phoenix Events provide us with security whilst we had contractor removing a hedge and erecting fence panels between ourselves and very aggressive hostile neighbours, they were excellent and took all the pressure off us and helped the contractor by dealing with the hostile neighbour in a very professional and firm manner, they also kept us fully informed. Made our life so much easier this week- thank you!

Working alongside Phoenix events was a great opportunity. I met many amazing people in the short time I worked alongside them. I felt very welcomed with the company and any questions I had was always answered to my satisfaction. The manager Adam was a great person to work alongside with a Lovely manner. Phoenix Events were called on to provide assistance at our Marathon event, one of the first in the country to be held under the Covid restrictions. We needed a 'left luggage' plus additional manpower in an 'assembly area' - both new requirements to mitigate the covid risks. Our contact Adam fully understood the brief and participated in the planning and implementation of the services. His team were flexible and absolutely 'wilco' at all times. With little notice the cold spring suddenly became the hottest day of the year creating a host of additional pressures for runners and staff alike. We were grateful for the contribution made by Phoenix in achieving a highly successful event
