An established and well–respected independent consultancy is seeking a Transport Consultant to join its growing Bristol office. You will review site layout plans, provide highways and access advice, analyse traffic and speed survey data, calculate visibility splays, and prepare associated drawings using AutoCAD.

You will attend design team meetings, liaise with clients, consultants, and local authority officers, coordinate traffic and parking surveys, and undertake site visits and off–site meetings where required. This role offers excellent variety, responsibility and clear scope for progression.

About You

You will bring:

A relevant degree in Geography, Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or similar.

At least two years of relevant post–graduate experience.

Strong numerical ability, excellent written English, and confident communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and AutoTRACK.

A full UK driving licence (desirable).

Experience with junction modelling software is beneficial but not essential.

The consultancy offers an inclusive, people–focused culture and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
