Interpret customer requirements and ensure these are communicated correctly to Design and Projects.

Handle incoming technical enquiries and assist with equipment specification checks.

Support the coordination of project activities including documentation, internal communication and customer updates.

Assist with installation or commissioning coordination where required.

Contribute to sales and marketing activity such as customer visits, exhibitions and product demonstrations.

Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for follow-on work.

Organise and maintain technical documentation, manuals and customer support material.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong problem-solving ability and a practical, engineering focused mindset.

Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Comfortable reviewing engineer drawings and basic CAD outputs.

Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Personal Attributes

Technically minded and commercially aware.

Customer focused with a proactive attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively across teams.

Ability to manage workload and handle varied enquiries.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, trade shows or site support.

Desirable Skills

Full training is provided, but the following would be an advantage:

Previous experience in Technical Sales or Sales Support.

Exposure to industrial machinery, automation or engineered products.

Knowledge of dosing, handling or automated systems.

Familiarity with export or international sales documentation.
