Retrofit Assessor

Description

A leading company within the renewables and energy sector are looking for a qualified Retrofit Assessor to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of reducing carbon footprints and improving energy performance across residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed assessments of properties to identify energy efficiency improvements.

* Prepare comprehensive retrofit reports, including recommendations for energy-saving measures.

* Collaborate with clients to develop tailored retrofit strategies that meet their needs and comply with current regulations.

* Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and relevant legislation.

* Provide guidance on funding options and incentives available for retrofit projects.

Qualifications:

* Certified Retrofit Assessor (ECMK Accredited) and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualifications.

* Strong knowledge of energy efficiency measures and building regulations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
