Are you a manufacturing professional with machining experience looking to take a step into leadership? This is a great opportunity to join a leading precision engineering company in a hands-on, people-focused role.

In this position, you'll lead a small team within the Machine Shop, coordinating daily production to ensure parts are manufactured accurately, safely, and on time. You'll work closely with the Production Manager to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of quality and delivery.

Lead and support a small team of operators in the Machine ShopPlan workloads and ensure production targets are achievedMaintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiencySupport training, development, and team motivation
