The Role:

Act as the site HSE lead, ensuring full compliance with UK health, safety & environmental legislationDrive a positive safety culture across production and engineering teamsLead audits, inspections, and incident investigationsDeliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport management with risk assessments, method statements, and environmental controlsThe Person:

NEBOSH or IOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)Proven experience in a HSE Officer / Advisor role within manufacturing or engineeringStrong knowledge of UK HSE legislationConfident communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsWhat's in it for you?
