Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant regulations, health & safety standards, and site procedures.

Accurately complete maintenance records, reports, and permit-to-work documentation.

Collaborate with other engineers and site teams to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (if electrically biased).

Proven experience in a building services / facilities maintenance environment.

Strong knowledge of PPM/reactive maintenance, fault finding, and working on commercial systems.

Ability to work in a critical environment, ideally with previous experience in airports, hospitals, data centres, or similar.

Good understanding of H&S regulations and safe working practices.

Excellent communication and team-working skills.

Must be able to pass background and security checks required for working at the airport.
