Description

This is a rolling interim EMEA Payroll position (with potential to transition across permanently) within a large team, here in Reading. The primary responsibility will be to assist with BAU processing (15+ countries across EMEA) as well as assisting with payroll transformation.

EMEA Payroll Specialist

Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner across EMEA regions.

Ensure compliance is met within local countries

Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to reconcile payroll data.

Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data and adjustments.

Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders as required.

Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and reports.

Assist in the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.Profile

A successful EMEA Payroll Specialist should have:

Immediately available to commence their next assignment! (or on short notice)

Experience managing payroll across multiple EMEA regions.

Proficiency in payroll systems and tools, with a strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of local payroll regulations and statutory compliance requirements.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

A background in the technology and telecoms industry is advantageous.Job Offer

EMEA Payroll Specialist

An hourly rate of £25 - £28.50 (inclusive of holiday pay), depending on experience.

Hybrid working - typically 2 to 3 days based in the office
