With 40 years of knowledge and experience, the company is expanding and seeking an experienced Electrician for their Wiltshire branch to cover clients across the South West.

The company operates within various sectors, providing a full range of design, installation, and maintenance services for electrical, heating, plumbing, fire, and security systems. They emphasize compliance with current regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge.

They are looking for experienced approved Electricians in the Wiltshire area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing electrical systems in both domestic and commercial environmentsEnsuring the electrical systems adhere to the national electrical safety standards and regulationsUsing plans, wiring schematics and manufacturers installation manuals to complete projectsDiagnose and repair electrical problems in commercial and domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, rewiring, testing and monitoringAssess and order the parts required for a job, completing work orders and recording materials that are used on the jobIdentifying electrical problems and repair them escalating problems as requiredEnsure good quality workmanship which upholds Company standards, complies with building codes, and follows safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCECity & Guilds qualifications or equivalent electrical qualifications (JIB/ECS Gold Card)City and Guilds Inspection and Testing Certificate (2391) is desirableWorking knowledge of IEE Regulations, ideally 18th EditionAble to demonstrate familiarity with NICEIC requirementsPrevious experience of working as an Electrician or Electrical Improver
