Damp & Mould Surveyor (3 Month Contract)

25 – 32.50 Per Hour (Umbrella) Inside IR35

Field Based covering North Somerset, Weston–super–Mare, Portishead, Bristol and surrounding areas.

3 – 6 Month Contract

Do you have experience with Damp, Mould and Condensation Surveying and looking for a short term contract with a nationally recognised business where you can utilise your skillset and make a marked difference to the team.

This is a 3 Month contract working on Damp, Mould and Condensation Surveys within the domestic sector for a market leading business, working across a small patch size Monday – Friday.

This company are a nationally recognised housing provider, and are consistently expanding. Due to their continued success, they are looking for temporary surveyors to join the team and assist in a busy time within the business.

The Role:

Carrying out Damp, Mould and Condensation Surveys on Social Housing settings

Working across the Bristol and North Somerset Areas

3–6 Month Contract working 37 hour weeks Monday to Friday

The Person:

Formal building qualification : HNC, BSc, HND etc.

Surveying Experience

Full Drivers License and Own Transport
