Job Summary

My client is a leading provider of cost effective, quality environmental control solutions to the commercial, corporate, industrial, education and defence industries. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven installation engineer to join our team with experience in VRV/F, split, multi-split systems, and DX Close Control systems etc with technical expertise and understanding of the products and services. You will work closely with our installation/sales department tailoring installations, with onsite solutions and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities

Ability to work alone, capability to overcome onsite solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends. Proven experience in a technical sales role or similar position within the HVAC+R industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC+R. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Pay: From 39,000 to 43,000
