Role Overview:

As the Value Assurance Team Leader, you will oversee the evaluation and approval of electronic components, ensuring compliance with technical standards and supporting product integrity across R&D and manufacturing. You will lead fault analysis, mentor team members, and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead component testing and approval processes in line with company procedures.

Conduct fault finding and minor circuit redesigns to resolve technical issues.

Collaborate with suppliers for failure analysis and alternative component validation.

Provide technical support to purchasing and subcontract manufacturing teams.

Ensure robust documentation and change control through waivers and change requests.

Mentor junior engineers and deputize as needed within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronics or a comparable industry.

HNC or degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of analogue circuits and component behaviour.

Proficiency with lab equipment, ERP, and PLM systems (training provided).

High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. Benefits:
