Strong knowledge of surface-mount and through-hole assembly processes

Ability to read technical drawings, BOMs, and process documentation

Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Confident communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Familiar with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus)

Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines

Desirable:

Experience in a regulated environment (ISO 13485 or similar)

Previous involvement in customer audits and quality system maintenance
