Vibration Test Engineer

My global aerospace company is looking for an experienced vibration test engineer to join its engineering team.

Key Tasks

Perform the operational preparation work and the technical support to enable vibration test execution testing, including the following:

Running Tests

Review and analysis of post test data

Compiling of test data, producing test certification and reports

Mechanical operations on test facilities to support desired test setup

Perform Operational Test Preparation tasks

Maintain test instrumentation, facilities and equipment

Perform daily /Monthly Audits routines

Responsible for delivering On Time, On Cost and On QualityEssential skills

Solid knowledge of vibration testing techniques and associated mechanical processes.

Hands-on experience in assembling mechanical test rigs and interpreting technical documentation.

Capable of working independently with flexibility to accommodate non-standard working hours.

Perform electrical functional tests on a variety of Mechanisms Products SADMs & ADTMs, Start up Currents, inrush Voltages, Insulation resistances, continuity checks, IR measurements

Design and manufacture of bespoke test setups and tooling

Support internal and external audits

Liaise with internal and external customers about their projects
