Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable main dealer in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to develop their careers within a well-established and professional dealership environment. The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for performing vehicle servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer's standards, ensuring high quality work and customer satisfaction.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary starting from £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

Potential to earn an OTE of up to £40,000 with performance bonuses

Ongoing manufacturer-approved training and development opportunities

Supportive and professional team environment

42-hour working week, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings

Career progression within a reputable dealership groupVehicle Technician Duties:

Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards

Fault-finding and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently

Maintain high work quality and adherence to safety regulations

Keep accurate records of work undertaken and parts used

Support team members and contribute to a positive workshop environment

Stay updated with the latest manufacturer guidelines and participate in training sessionsRequirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a franchised dealership or professional workshop

Full UK driving licence

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
