Travelling Butler required – ASAP Start - Dubai + international travel

Description

We are seeking an experienced Travelling Butler to provide seamless service for our client who is based in Dubai and travels internationally.

Highlights:

Start: ASAP
Location: Worldwide
Working Hours: 24/7 on call, when not travelling 6-day week office hours with regular days off
Salary: 25,000 AED per month (tax free Dubai contract)

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have an established background in private household service, with extensive experience managing and coordinating complex travel itineraries for the principals.

This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, and able to operate seamlessly with a fast paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Duties included but not limited to:

Managing all aspects of travel logistics, including liaising with private jet operators and coordinating with inflight catering and cabin requirements
Oversee and execute all travel documentation, including passports and visas
Prepare and organise travel arrangements 1-2 days in advance of departure, remaining on standby to accommodate last minute schedule changes
Handle packing and unpacking with precision ensuring belongings are organised to the principals needs
Communicating directly with hotels to confirm all arrangements are met to the highest standard
Provide onboard service during flights
Traditional valet duties such as clothing care
Personal Assistant duties required when travelling
