A lovely household based in Kensington are seeking an experienced part time housekeeper / cook to provide weekly support with housekeeping, wardrobe management and meal preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable candidate who enjoys maintaining a beautifully run home while preparing fresh, home-cooked meals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a private household, be confident with garment care and wardrobe organisation, and enjoy preparing nutritious, high-quality meals. They should be able to work independently and use their initiative to ensure the household remains organised and well maintained. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.

Duties would include:

maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the home
laundry, ironing and expert wardrobe management
organising clothing, shoes and accessories
caring for delicate fabrics and designer garments
making beds and changing bed linen when required
cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
vacuuming, dusting and polishing household surfaces
maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
preparing fresh, healthy home-cooked meals for the family
planning simple menus and shopping for ingredients when required
monitoring household supplies and replenishing essentials if needed
ensuring the home remains clean, organised and welcoming at all times
