Cleaner - Driver (Team Leader)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will use their own vehicle to travel between cleaning jobs and safely transport cleaning supplies and equipment. This role involves maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various residential and commercial environments. The position requires strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work independently while managing schedules and stock efficiently.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned cleaning locations using your own vehicle, ensuring punctual arrival for each job.
Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitisation in designated areas.
Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, and communal spaces to a high standard.
Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company and client policies.
Maintain, transport, and securely store cleaning supplies, equipment, and stock in your vehicle.
Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, special requests, or feedback in a professional manner.
Work independently or collaborate with other team members when required to ensure smooth and efficient cleaning operations.

Experience

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Experience in domestic cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is an advantage.
Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting cleaning supplies.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients.
