I hired Chris to paint my bedroom on Fri 4 October. While this was a job that was supposed to be three of the walls painted he only managed two and what he provided was an appalling effort. I had to sand down my walls because of this cowboy with a brush making a slapdash job with a pile roller which was not appropriate for this surface. Chris had put paint on my skirting boards and has also managed to paint my wallpaper which cost me £50 a roll. The coat of paint on the two walls were so patchy and I was wondering why so I took the liberty to clean the roller and bucket which he left in my apartment (for a job he was coming back to finish a week later, this is gross and lack of care) with both items still covered in paint and noticed that the roller and paint bucket were both caked in white emulsion from a previous job so this was leaving surface marks on my wall. I messaged Chris to resolve this issue as he was supposed to come over and finish painting and told him I no longer wanted him to paint my sitting room. I asked for my money back which he has refused to pay. A person who kept bleating that "he did the job in good faith" does not mean he managed the work professionally which he is obviously incapable of providing. Jack of all trades who seems to only be a 'master' of oven cleaning. Avoid.

Chris used all his own products!...he swept the floor after his wrk ...but I had to go into a few places in both ovens to clean grease !
