I think a good cleaner needs excellent people management and communication skills. They must be proactive and able to work with minimal supervision. A good cleaner also needs excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. I am very meticulous when I clean, paying attention to the tiniest details to check for any surfaces that still need attention. I'm confident I have the personality traits and skills of a good cleaner.
