Replied quickly to request and arranged visit. However first week apologised and said new worker hadn't received DBS. Accepted this as things can go wrong. however this week telephone call to state they didn't have anyone to cover area - complete waste of 2 weeks

My wife has had to be away, abroad, for 4 months, returning tomorrow. Over that 4 months I discovered a remarkable truth. When left undusted, uncleaned, unhoovered and generally neglected, houses don't dust, clean and hoover themselves! Indeed, far from self-cleaning, houses actually get WORSE, not better every day! After 4 months, the house becomes unsuitable to be seen by those of a nervous disposition. In particular, the sight is not to be recommended to be seen by any wives returning after 4 months! Neither is the the helpless husband guaranteed to escape heavy wifely retribution in such circumstance. Thus, my fate hung in the balance with 48 hours before D-Day! Then, like a fairy princess, Nicola from Sparkles n Clean, suddenly appeared at my front door. In what seemed like 3 seconds - but was a mere 3 hours - Nicola waved her magic wand, (at least, I thought it was a magic wand, but Nicola called it a mop), and, hey presto, the house was transformed. A sparkling reincarnation. Bravo, Nicola, and you even puffed your magic stardust at the inside of the oven, without prompting. I can't wait to see the joy on the face of my wife on her return tomorrow. She will see a halo on my head, but the real halo is on the heads of Nicola, Ghazalia and Sparkles n Clean
