Small family run domiciliary care and support service. Providing excellent care to individuals and families who need a helping hand.
Our aim is to ensure that our service users are happy and safe in their home environment and maintain dignity, respect and independence from a great team of carers.
The owner has over 25 years of experience in health and social care and has won a gold award for fulfilling lives from social care wales, specialising in dementia care.
We are a small but growing team providing excellent care working together with our service users to ensure all thier needs are met to a high standard.
Based in Pontypool, Torfaen but providing care and support throughout Newport, Blaenavon, monmourhshire, Caerphilly ,Cardiff County Boroughs etc.
All carers are trained and have an enhanced DBS, Calon Fawr operate a robust recruitment process to ensure only the best carers are employed by Calon Fawr.
