Description

Purchased new in November 2014, it has worked perfectly for 2 and a half years. It has now suddenly started refusing to fill.

When switching on, the pump runs fine (continuously for a minute or so) and will empty any water inside but no water ever subsequently enters. Looking in the bottom, there is nothing obviously wrong (no leaks / burnt circuits), and the flood float switch appears to be functioning fine. My one attempt at repair was replacing the inlet valve, sadly to no avail.

Having no further idea on how to fix, I am now offering it to anyone with a bit more knowledge than me! (It may be an easy fix, for someone in the know)
