Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven TikTok Marketing Manager to lead our efforts on one of the fastest-growing social media platforms. This individual will be responsible for building and executing strategies to grow our TikTok presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop TikTok Strategy: Create and implement a TikTok content strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals and resonates with the target audience.
Content Creation & Curation: Produce, curate, and oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality, and on-trend video content. Collaborate with influencers, internal content creators, and videographers as needed.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid TikTok ad campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation, targeting, and A/B testing to maximize engagement and ROI.
Audience Engagement: Interact with the TikTok community by responding to comments, creating engaging challenges, and monitoring user-generated content to foster brand loyalty.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Identify viral trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of TikTok content and campaigns using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and insights to optimize future efforts.
Cross-Platform Integration: Work closely with the social media, content, and influencer teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Collaborations & Partnerships: Build relationships with TikTok influencers and creators to promote the brand through partnerships, challenges, and collaborations.
Brand Storytelling: Ensure that content adheres to the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity while experimenting with new formats and approaches to storytelling.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in TikTok marketing or managing successful TikTok accounts (personal or professional).
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, best practices, and platform features.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail, storytelling, and design.
Proficiency in video editing tools (in-app or external) and understanding of how to optimize content for TikTok.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools like TikTok Insights, Google Analytics, or other related platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
