The Role

Thanks to our innovative products and great team – the business is continuing to grow, we now have an opportunity for 2 Customer Support Technicians to join our professional technical field-based team, full training provided to the successful candidate. This role involves regular travel and working away from home.

Provide technical support to customers Manage the transition of new business Ensure product compliance and safety Cover for in-plant holidays Conduct laboratory work and complete detailed reports
