Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing distribution business based in Bury St Edmunds area who are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join the fast-paced team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining and establishing relationships with existing and new clients Support and manage Customer service team Ensure smooth communication between various teams within the company Completing internal audits to ensure company compliance is maintained Making sure company documents are maintained and up to date
Skills & Experience required:
Experience in a supervisor and customer service role Understanding of logistics or willingness to learn Experience in record keeping Great written and verbal communication skills
