As AIB continue to grow we are looking to recruit in our office in Chandlers Ford. Our team are a motivated and enthusiastic bunch, and we are looking for like-minded people who are outgoing and thrive within a fast paced environment. This is a full time, permanent role so you'll work 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 8.45am-5pm and every other Saturday 9am - 12noon.

The salary is dependant on experience but highly competitive.

About you

A natural on the phone, you'll need to be comfortable and confident speaking to a wide range of people - building rapport and trust with everyone you speak to. Along with your excellent communication skills, you'll also need to be tenacious, outgoing and have excellent influencing and negotiation skills. Previous experience in a sales environment is great but far from essential. Above all, we're looking for someone who's committed to always doing what's right for the customer.

Our Office

You'll spend your time in our buzzy office, on the phone to our clients about their insurance enquiries. You'll take ownership of a variety of queries from start to finish, putting your problem-solving skills to good use to resolve each one as quickly as possible. Whether it's a motoring incident or a query on policy cover, you'll use your initiative to find solutions that work for our customers and our business, playing a vital role in helping our clients.
