Salary: From £26,190 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real difference for customers? We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our busy customer care hub. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice of the company, assisting customers with orders, queries, and returns, while helping to drive improvements in how we operate.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Process orders, returns, and credits efficiently using internal systems
Build product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful guidance to customers
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues promptly
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas
Stay calm under pressure and manage priorities effectivelyWhat We’re Looking For:
A natural ability to connect with people and provide excellent service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
Customer service experience (2+ years preferred, or transferable skills)
