Customer Service Administrator

Salary £23-25k dependent on skills and experience

Location: Value Doors, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF2

Key Responsibilities

Handling customer service and communications
Developing straightforward and flexible processes for all aspects of customer service
Utilizing our automation and technology to enhance the role
Adhering to strict service levels and being accountable for your tasks
Delivering high levels of customer service during installations and aftercare
Keeping customers updated throughout their journey
Communicating with a resolve-immediately attitude

Experience & Key Skills

Confident, independent, structured, accurate, and reliable
Strong organizational skills
Proactive and a fast learner
Hands-on mentality
Positive mindset with a can-do attitude, always finding creative and pragmatic solutions
Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs & Sheets)
Experience with CRM software
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
