Are you an enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing sector? We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's friendly team on a temporary basis for 5 months. If you're ready to provide exceptional customer support, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
Contract Type: Temporary (5 months)
Hourly Rate: £13.00ph paid on a weekly basis through OA
Working Pattern: Full Time hours
Official office hours: 9-5 Monday to Thursday, 9-2 on Fridays
Flexitime available to ensure customer service coverage
Some weekend cover (max 4 hrs) on a rota basis
Our office operates from 9:30 to 4:30 Monday to Thursday and 9:30 to 1:30 on Fridays. Weekend cover helps our client manage priority communications and keep customers satisfied.
Location: Dog-friendly office in Gosforth - free parking on site and accessible via public transportRole Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering advice and after sales support for products. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling e-commerce customer communications via email and phone
Liaising with our fulfilment warehouse to ensure smooth order transitions
Recording all communications, returns, and stock movements
Processing credits and identifying sales opportunities
Spotting trends in customer feedback and sharing insights with the teamWhat We're Looking For:
Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, CRM Software, and Order Management Software
Traits: Approachable and self-motivated
