The COMPANY

Our Client is the UK's leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation - specifically Ultrasounds. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of the service they provide. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE

Due to an internal promotion they now require a Customer Service Assistant to liaise with customers and internal stake holders. The minutia of your role will include;

* Contacting customers to arrange planned service visits

* Providing advice and support to customers

* General Admin tasks

* Offer support to the Service Team

The CANDIDATE

Our client is looking for strong team player with experience in a similar role;

* Customer Service experience

* Strong Admin skills

* Good team player

* Take pride in your work

* Excellent communication skills

SALARY: £24,500

PACKAGE: 4% into Pension Scheme, 25 Days Annual Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays,

Life Assurance/Death In Service - 4 x Annual Salary, Health Cash Plan, etc.
