Description
Customer Service Advisor
Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Contract: Temporary (6 months, potential for extension)
Start Date: 2nd June 2025
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, rotating shifts (8am-6pm)
Hybrid Working: Office-based for the first 6 months, then 3 days remote (subject to approval)

What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound calls from mortgage brokers to assist with enquiries and applications for new mortgages
Carrying out affordability checks based on a number of factors
Providing information about a number of products across different brands
Following security and compliance procedures to ensure excellent service
Organising and maintaining accurate records

Ability to handle queries with confidence and professionalism
Quick learner who enjoys problem-solving and working in a team
