Hi, I'm Zoë a qualified counsellor with experience supporting adults and young people through life's challenges. I offer online counselling to clients across the UK, providing a safe, confidential and non judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with stress, burnout, work pressures, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to help you make sense of what you're experiencing. Together, we can explore the issues affecting your wellbeing at a pace that feels right for you. Whatever brings you to counselling, I will work alongside you with empathy, compassion and respect.

Working exclusively online means you can access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever you are in the UK. Online counselling offers flexibility around work, family and other commitments while providing the same supportive therapeutic relationship as face to face sessions.

My aim is to help you gain greater self awareness, develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and create positive, lasting change. Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone.

My working hours are as follows -

Monday 9am - 2pm, 6pm - 9pm
Tuesday 9am - 2pm
Wednesday 9am - 2pm, 6pm - 9pm
Thursday 9am - 2pm, 6pm - 9pm
