My approach to counselling is integrative, shaped by the understanding that no two journeys are ever the same. Each person who sits with me brings their own story, and together we find a way of working that feels gentle, real, and true to them.

At the heart of my practice is a person-centred approach a deep belief that healing begins in the presence of acceptance, empathy, and understanding. I hold space for you to explore at your own pace, trusting that you already carry the wisdom you need to heal.
I draw from psychodynamic therapy to bring awareness to how our past experiences shape the way we move through the present, and from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to offer practical tools and new perspectives when life feels overwhelming.
My work is always trauma-informed, rooted in safety and compassion. I understand how the body and mind hold pain, and I work gently to help you reconnect with a sense of steadiness and self-trust.
What makes my practice unique is the balance of professional knowledge and lived experience an approach that honours both evidence and empathy. I believe therapy can be a space that feels both sacred and real: where laughter and tears can sit side by side, and where you are seen, heard, and held just as you are.
