Voids Supervisor

Description

Our client is looking for a Voids Contract Supervisor to join our team in London.

This is a full time role overseeing Voids in Hammersmith & Fulham. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

Oversee the delivery of voids, ensuring that all activities are completed to the required standards of quality and compliance with safety regulationsCoordinate and manage the allocation of labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery. Work closely with the planning and scheduling teams to optimize resource utilisationMaintain regular communication with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycleMonitor the quality of work performed by operatives and subcontractors, conducting inspections and ensuring that all work complies with company standards and client specificationsMonitor project costs and assist in managing budgets, ensuring that work is completed within financial constraints WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?NVQ L3/4 or equivalent in a Trade Qualification, Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related fieldCSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card Gold / WhiteExperience in a supervisory role within the repairs and maintenance or construction industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, operatives, and subcontractorsProficiency in basic IT skills, including the use of project management softwareSSSTS QualificationExperience working within the social housing sector or on large–scale maintenance contracts WHAT'S NEXT?
