Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal stakeholders as necessary. Maintain accurate records of inspections, recommendations, and completed works. Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety standards. Requirements

Ability to work predominantly from the office (minimum three days per week), with flexibility for additional days as needed. Full UK driving license required; willingness to travel across the district for site visits. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
