Property Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are recruiting for a property business who are rapidly expanding. They are actively seeking a Property Manager for their growing team.
Duties:
Responding to client queries Liaising with local councils Speak to contractors, organise work scheduled and follow up on completion Assist team with additional ad–hoc tasks Handle Tennant/Landlord inquires quickly Update property database and keep accurate records Desirable:
Someone organised At least 2 years experience in a property business Salary + information:
