Property Manager:– Hackney

Salary: 30,000/ 35,000pa depending on experience

Hours: Can be flexible, salary pro–rata

No car required

We are pleased to be working with an established, friendly and professional Estate Agency based in Hackney who are looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team.

Responsibilities:

Full management of portfolio of properties Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and other companies as required Dealing with all enquiries via email, telephone and face to face Dealing with all maintenance issues in a quick and timely manner Obtaining quotes and instructing contractors with maintenance works Preparation of tenancy agreements Ensuring properties have required safety certificates Ensuring all records and relevant parties are kept up to date Rent arrears, invoices, financial reports, bank recs Any ad–hoc duties that are given

Ideal candidate:

Previous Property Management experience Professional, reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic Highly organised with excellent communication skills Time management skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines We would like to speak to every application, but due to the current climate this is not always possible.
