The Role:

Oversee the maintenance when houses are undergoing refurbishmentsMaintain and manage tenant relationshipsAddress routine maintenance and urgent repair requests promptlyStart up a social media pageEnsure the properties adheres to all relevant UK property laws and safety regulationsThe Ideal Candidate:

Comfortable with working on their own1 year experience as a property manager (not letting agent)TrustworthyGreat communicatorMust be proficient in MS office especially excel, word and PowerPointThis is a great opportunity for somebody who is seeking a career in property to gain some amazing experience!
