Manage and oversee the day–to–day financial operations of the department.Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision–making.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Develop and implement efficient financial processes and systems.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives.Supervise and mentor junior members of the accounting and finance team.Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:
