Hays is currently working with a well-established and growing building services contractor that is delivering mechanical & electrical projects across the UK for major clients within the corporate, banking, retail and public sectors.Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint Electrical Project Managers to join their operations team.

The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering large-scale commercial projects (up to GBP10M), where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own projects while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver electrical projects on time and within budgetManage projects within the corporate, retail, banking and public sectors Support planning, scheduling, and programme managementMonitor project progress, productivity, and reportingProduce and manage project documentation and reportsCarry out and manage risk assessmentsEnsure high standards of health & safety complianceAttend and lead client and stakeholder meetingsWhat you'll bringExperience in a site-based or supervisory/project role within commercial electrical projectsCity & Guilds / NVQ Apprenticeship 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)18th Edition Wiring RegulationsStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders effectivelyThe PackageHighly competitive salary, valued up to GBP70,000 including car allowance Company vehicle or car allowanceMobile phone / allowancePremier Inn card for travelExpenses covered for business travelOngoing training, mentoring & CPDExposure to high-value, complex projectsFlexible working hoursSupportive, team-driven cultureWhat you need to do now
