I highly recommend Elate therapy. Mary was both insightful and extremely compassionate during our one on one sessions. She helped me to put a lot of my mental trauma into better perspective and helped me in formulating positive coping methods. I use what I’ve learned from her everyday and it’s made great difference!

I couldn't recommend Elate therapy enough. I found her after I had a breakdown and she has completely change my way of thinking and how I look at things. So I would recommend her to anyone that may need a little help or a lot of help 😁😁

I recently used this company after a recommendation from a family member. I needed a hypnotherapist to help me with stress. I was looking for somebody local, professional, not too expensive but with a high level of service. Elate Therapy ticked all the boxes. Mary was easy to deal with and showed me the due care and attention. I have already recommend this company to friend without any doubt that my friend will be wholly satisfied in all aspects, just as I was. Lastly, Mary was a really nice woman and easy to deal with. Polite, attentive and very knowledgeable. Not to mention an excellent communicator.

I came to Mary for smoking cessation therapy as I’d done a whole bunch of other things with no success and I just figured I might as well give it a go. I was sceptical at first, but she was lovely and it really works! I haven’t smoked at all for three weeks! If you are doubting, just give it a go, you might be surprised!
