We’re looking for incredible and committed teachers, therapists and practitioners who want a new studio or clinic space to work from.

Availability:

Wednesdays (full day; 8am-8pm)
Sundays (full day; 8am-8pm)
Mondays (half day; 8am-1:30pm)

Although we’re pretty much as centrally located as you can get in Edinburgh (a 2 min walk from Princes Street), you wouldn’t believe how quiet and tranquil our studio on Rutland Square is.

Insight Studio is a bright, spacious and airy space at the back of the studio property, with views of our rear courtyard and little/no road noise. Well sized at 20m2, it’s perfect for a variety of teachers, practitioners and professionals who want to be part of our studio community.

Insight Studio is perfect for :
- small group (4-5 mats) or private yoga and meditation teachers
- coaches, therapists and counsellors
- nutritionists, physios and osteopaths
- massage therapists, reiki practitioners and reflexologists
- content creators
- professionals looking for private office space in a high vibe environment

We’re lucky to own a huge space – in addition to Insight Studio, we’ve got 2 Pilates studios and 2 therapy rooms (both let full time long-term) and a big yoga studio. We want the studio to feel like a friendly, collaborative and connected space, and there’s always plenty of cross-referrals and recommendations going on!

We currently have an aromatherapist, sports therapist and a life coach working out of this space, and we’re looking for additional likeminded well-being practitioners to join our studio on Monday mornings, Wednesdays and/or Sundays.

Current rates are as follows, all to be paid on a monthly basis.

1 day per week : £70 per week (£303 pcm)
2 days a week : £120 per week (£60 per day / £520 pcm)
3+ days per week : £50 per day
Half days : £40 per half-day (£173pcm)

The ideal candidate is independent and looking for a base for at least half a day per week. We are ideally looking for practitioners who are established enough to commit to 1-2 days a week. *We are not looking for practitioners who just want to hire by the hour.*

Wifi (>350 Mb/sec), storage, bathroom facilities, kitchenette, washer/dryer and usual amenities are all available for your use.
