I have a studio space in a bright space at Edinburgh Palette (St Margaret's House) on London Road.

The cost will be £100 a month.
There is a £100 deposit.

This is a large Hub of artists, makers and such. Very supportive environment. There is coffee available for free for everyone in the building. A chance to meet other artists and makers. Also galleries - a chance to see an exhibition and show your work. Special rates for tenants.

I'm only in the studio one day a week and some weekends.
So the studio is available to you most of the week.

Space would be best for someone working quite clean and not very smelly. Illustrator, or a designer. Drawing and painting small-sized would be ok but not with smelly paints.
It is really important to me for the space to be kept very tidy.
