We have rooms available to hire! Our space, 21 Effra Parade, is in the heart of Brixton, easily accessible from Brixton Tube and Herne Hill station. We have a large hall, smaller studio and therapy room available to hire, as well as a light and welcoming reception area. We are a friendly team and are excited to provide a community space for a diverse range of projects and events. Get in touch with your requirements and let’s find a way to work together.

In particular, we are looking for long-term partners on weekday evenings, so if you are looking for the perfect venue for a new venture, or need to scale up as your event is growing, let us know!

Main Hall

Our large main hall is suitable for events, talks, classes and film screenings. It boasts 72 square metres, with bamboo flooring, air-conditioning, as well as a projector and sound system.

This room can fit up to 80 people seated, 100+ standing or 25 in the case of active workshops.

Studio

Our smaller studio is suitable for meetings, individual/small classes, talking therapy, workshops and as a breakout space when hired with the main hall. It has bamboo flooring and air conditioning and can seat a maximum of 25, or 8 in the case of yoga/mat exercise classes.

We do not hire our spaces for parties or celebrations, sorry.

Please note that all hire takes place from the time you set up to the time you vacate the space.
