This versatile studio is completely customisable to suit the resident’s needs. It has been adapted for use by those inhabiting it over time as Eat Work Art responds to the needs of the residents within it.

Formerly used as a fashion studio, the space would accommodate equally well a group of makers or a creative business in need of an office base.

You will have access to a quiet communal kitchen shared with neighbours who work across fashion, design, music and more.
