Description

Starting on the 22/10/2017 at
2:00-4:00 pm.
At the waitrose community room, ,38 Comely
Bank Rd, Edinburgh EH4 1AW
We all heard of Meditation, this great tool that
helps people to rediscover the treasures that we
have within and for that matter outside too. As
Plato said: “The external world is the reflection
of the internal world”. That simply means that
we have the power to change our lives,
internally as well as externally. Our meditation
group is a bit different from the most commonly
known “mindfulness meditation groups” they
are abound nowadays and apart from learning
thoroughly to silence the mind we also use
some different techniques and approach that
allows us to be very practical about changing
our lives here and now. Those techniques
derived from a variety of traditions and schools
of thought, east and west, north and south, new
and old! Focusing is one of them. Exchange our
experiences and understanding in a safe
environment
Drop in Meditation classes for the experienced
and the inexperienced.
The structure includes: instructions, practical
experience and discussion at the end.
