Description

Study Dayan - Wild Goose Qigong, with Master Michael Tse.
Classes on Tuesday evenings in SW19 - Wimbledon,

Even though we cannot see it, Qi is working 24 hours a day. When our Qi flows smoothly we are healthy, but if it is blocked, then we will feel discomfort, pain and even become ill. So the Qi dictates our health and this decides our lives. Qi is very important.

Our style of Qigong is called Kunlun Dayan Qigong崑崙派大雁氣功. There are many different styles of Qigong. A good Qigong style has a long history, a direct lineage and skills that benefit the people.

There are two parts of Qigong training, one is Dong Gong(movements) 動功,one is Jing Gong(meditation) 静功. When we practice Qigong we should focus on relaxation and not the mind. The mind should be relaxed and empty, we should just focus on our movements, without any visualisation or imagination.

The more Qi we gain the healthier we become. The more Qi we lose or use, the less healthy we are.

Master Michael Tse began his studies with Grandmaster Yang Meijun (the 27th generation inheritor of the Kunlun Dayan Qigong skill) in 1984.

When Master Tse moved to England it was with Grandmaster Yang Meijun's encouragement and blessing that Master Tse began teaching her Wild Goose Qigong skill.

Master Tse has students of all levels, from new students just starting out on their Qigong journey to those who have been studying with him for over 25 years. Students follow the Qigong syllabus starting with Balancing Gong and new students are welcome at all times.
